REGIONAL SALES MANAGER


We aim to empower our sales team with Regional Sales Managers that will provide guidance, training and mentorship, setting realistic sales target and goals, creating sales plans, analyzing data, assigning sales territories and building their team.

Requirements

  • BSc. / MSc. degree in Sales / Marketing / Business Administration or any related field
  • Minimum of 10 years successful previous experience in FMCG as Zonal or Regional sales manager, consistently meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Excellent Communication Skill
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
